Nealy Pierce is recruiting a full-time Occupational Therapist to serve adult and geriatric patients across Med/Surg, Neuro, Ortho, Oncology, ICU, and Progressive Care units in Boise, ID. The role emphasizes patient-centered care and servant leadership within a collaborative team of 50+ PTs, OTs, and SLPs on site.

Job description

• Work throughout Med/Surg, Neuro, Ortho, Oncology, 23-bed ICU & 35-bed Progressive Care Unit
• Treat Geriatric and Adult patients: No Pediatrics
• Nonprofit Loan Forgiveness Eligible (PSLF)
• Customized mentorship from experienced team as needed
• 4/10s or 5/8s Schedule + paid documentation time daily
• Collaborate with a team of over 50 PTs, OTs, and SLPs on site
• Up to a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Paid Time Off (PTO) = 4+ weeks
• Full Insurance Benefits & 401k Match
