Job summary

Nealy Pierce is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide compassionate, evidence-based care for adults and geriatric patients in both inpatient rehabilitation and outpatient neuro clinics. You will work within a large, multidisciplinary team to support stroke, TBI, SCI, Parkinson’s and related neurologic conditions.

The role offers a full-time permanent position with a strong emphasis on patient-centered recovery, mentorship, and continued professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Serve neurological patient populations in the Inpatient Rehab Unit and Outpatient Neuro Clinic.
• Collaborate with a team of over 50 PTs, OTs, and SLPs on site.
• Provide patient-centered, evidence-based care focused on true recovery.
• Assist in mentorship and contribute to program development as needed.

• Customized mentorship from an experienced team as needed
• 4/10s or 5/8s Schedule + paid documentation time daily
• Collaborate with a team of over 50 PTs, OTs, and SLPs on site
