Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our acute care team. You will provide 1:1 patient care, educate patients about their recovery, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

We offer a full-time, permanent position with 5‑8s schedule, 1-in-4 weekend rotation, relocation assistance, loan forgiveness, PTO, and comprehensive benefits. New grads welcome; NPTE-licensed therapists encouraged to apply.

About the Hospital:

• 300+ bed medical center

• Join a collaborative team of 35+ PTs, OTs, and SLPs across multiple settings

Schedule:

• Full-time permanent position working 5-8's
  • 8 to 5pm
  • 1in4 Weekend Rotation

About the Position:

Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care. Education of the patient is the number one priority in helping them realize how their body will react to treatment and where they will go once they leave the hospital.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (NPTE)
• Passion for Acute Care and desire to treat 1:1
• Open to New Grads or Experienced Therapists
• Experience in the Acute Care setting is preferred
• Collaborative, team-building personality style
