Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide care across Acute Care and Subacute Rehab settings. You will float among six units, delivering patient-focused PT to geriatric and adult populations, with session lengths of 45–60 minutes as clinically needed.

You will collaborate with a large on-site team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs and engage in duties that include scheduling and documentation. A sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy across Acute Care and Subacute Rehab units.
• Collaborate with a large multidisciplinary team on site (PTs/OTs/SLPs).
• Deliver patient sessions with typical lengths and goals.
• Participate in scheduling, documentation and care coordination.

• Float among six different Acute Care Units: Neuro, Ortho, Cardiac, ICU, Step-down + More
• Treat Geriatric/Adult patients in Subacute Rehab: Average length of stay is 17-20 days
• 45-60 minutes with every patient in Subacute, based on individual clinical need
• Nonprofit Loan Forgiveness Eligible (PSLF)
• 4/10s or 5/8s Schedule + paid documentation time daily
• Collaborate with a team of over 50 PTs, OTs, and SLPs on site
• Up to a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus available commensurate with commitment
• Paid Time Off (PTO) = 4+ weeks
