Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a 500-bed nonprofit hospital in Texas. The role offers a diverse caseload across ICU, Stroke, Ortho, Med/Surg, and Trauma with a monthly floor rotation and a collaborative team of 30+ PTs, OTs, and SLPs.

A 1.5‑month customized mentorship onboarding, built‑in documentation time, guaranteed 40 hours with no overtime, and a strong benefits package (medical/dental, 401k match, PTO 4 weeks).

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (NPTE) or become licensed before employment begins
• Passion for Acute Rehab/Inpatient Rehab and desire to treat 1:1
• Experience with neurodiagnoses in an Inpatient setting is preferred
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Responsibilities

• Provide in inpatient rehab across units (ICU, Stroke, Ortho, Med/Surg, Trauma)
• Deliver 1:1 patient care
• Collaborate with a team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs
