Mercy is seeking an Occupational Therapist to assess and treat patients, delivering therapeutic programs aligned with the state practice act. You will work within a collaborative team to promote patient recovery and functional independence.

The role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and requires completion of an accredited OT program, current license or eligibility in the hiring state, and BLS certification. Emergency responsiveness is essential and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Occupational Therapy license or eligibility in hiring state; may work under a temporary license up to 90 days.
• Current BLS certification.
• Must be able to respond to emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care by organizing and conducting prescribed OT programs.
• Promote department growth by assisting in special projects and coordinating activities in patient care programs.
