Job summary

Mercy is seeking an Occupational Therapist to organize and deliver medically prescribed OT programs, promoting patient growth and recovery within the State Practice Act. You will respond to emergencies, maintain BLS-certified skills, and collaborate on department projects to improve patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Occupational Therapy license or eligibility within the hiring state; temporary license up to 90 days allowed.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to respond to emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care by organizing and conducting medically prescribed OT programs.
• Practice within the State Practice Act and comply with governing bodies.
• Assist in special projects and coordinate activities in the department.

Education

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
