Job summary

Aventura Health Group's West Park location in Cincinnati, OH seeks a compassionate PRN Occupational Therapist to join our in-house rehabilitation team and help residents regain independence. This role offers flexible scheduling, a supportive clinical environment, and the opportunity to pick up additional hours as available.

You will evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, collaborate with physicians and care staff, document in Net Health, and use PCC as part of the care process; Ohio

Qualifications

• Ohio OT license in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills
• Experience with Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC) preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to improve functional independence
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapy team, residents, and families
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in Net Health
• Utilize PointClickCare (PCC) as part of the interdisciplinary care process
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company regulations
