Overview

Location: Fairhaven, Sykesville, MD.

Office: 7200 3rd Avenue.

Category: Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation. Position Type: Per Diem.

Occupational Therapist working within a welcoming, slower-paced community environment. The position offers a holistic care approach with a strong focus on prevention, a salary with 75% productivity benchmarks, no mandated group treatment, specialized on‑site training delivered during paid work hours (some sessions eligible for CEUs), state‑of‑the‑art rehab gyms and equipment, and an opportunity to build relationships across the full continuum of care.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for providing occupational therapy services to residents, including evaluations, planning individual treatment programs and goals, actual treatments, discharge planning, and performing other related duties as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Valid Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are rendered
• Experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment (preferred)

Pay Range
