Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Per Diem Occupational Therapist for Manor House in Seaford, DE. You will evaluate residents, plan individualized therapy programs, provide treatments, and assist with discharge planning in a warm, community-based setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents, including evaluations and planning individual treatment programs and goals.
• Administer actual treatments and discharge planning as part of patient care.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans; document progress and adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure comprehensive, resident-centered care.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing occupational therapy services to residents, including evaluations, planning individual treatment programs and goals, actual treatments, discharge planning, and performing other related duties as required. Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Valid Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are rendered
• Experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment (preferred)

Pay Range
