Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive OT services to residents across the continuum of care. The role includes evaluations, treatment planning, direct therapies, and discharge planning in a welcoming, slower-paced community setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy required

In this role, you will be responsible for providing occupational therapy services to residents, including evaluations, planning individual treatment programs and goals, actual treatments, discharge planning, and performing other related duties as required. Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy


• Valid Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are rendered


• Experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment (preferred)

Pay Range

$76,385.00 - $96,267.00 / year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
