Job summary

Cole Health in Woodlands, TX is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our pediatric therapy team in a clinic setting. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary group to support children’s growth and independence, with options for full-time or part-time schedules and multiple compensation models.

Flexible scheduling includes four 10-hour days, three 10-hour days, or a traditional 5-day week, with evenings and weekends availability often required.

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (or grandfathered under bachelor’s accreditation transition).

Flexible Scheduling That Works for You

Compensation Options

We offer multiple pay models so you can choose what aligns with your goals:

Full-Time Hourly Model

• $33.65 – $40.87 per hour ($70,000 – $85,000 annually)

• Paid based on clock-in/clock-out

Part-Time Hourly

• $33 – $40 per hour (based on experience)

• Paid based on clock-in/clock-out

Pay Per Visit (PPV) Models Available

Choose:

• PPV with Benefits + No Paid Time Off

• PPV with Benefits + Paid Time Off Accrued

Rates:

• $44 – $56 per billable hour (based on experience)

• $70 per Evaluation
