Job summary

HiredFirst is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide skilled therapy services in a skilled nursing facility in Roseville, CA. The OT will focus on improving residents' independence with activities of daily living and safe functional mobility.

Responsibilities include evaluations, treatment planning, ADL training, adaptive equipment recommendations, collaboration with nursing and therapy teams, and thorough documentation. California license required; SNF or post-acute experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
