Overview

Position Overview: We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide skilled therapy services in a skilled nursing facility. The OT will focus on improving residents’ independence with activities of daily living (ADLs), functional mobility, and safety to support successful rehabilitation outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations and reassessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Address ADLs including dressing, bathing, toileting, and transfers
• Recommend adaptive equipment and compensatory strategies
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
