Job summary

Western Slope Healthcare Center in Placerville, CA is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation department. We offer full-time, part-time, and per-diem opportunities with a competitive hourly wage and supportive team culture focused on patient independence and quality of life.

As an OT, you will evaluate patients, create individualized treatment plans, and document progress in an efficient, compliant manner.

Qualifications

• Active CA Occupational Therapist License or eligible to apply.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Familiarity with EHR systems such as Net Health or PointClickCare is a plus.

What We're Looking For

• Active CA Occupational Therapist License -or eligible to apply.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Familiarity with EHR systems such as Net Health or PointClickCare is a plus
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others
• Skilled nursing experience is great, but not required
