Job summary

Western Slope Healthcare Center in Placerville, CA is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. You’ll evaluate residents, create individualized treatment plans, and help patients regain independence and confidence in a supportive skilled-nursing environment.

We offer full-time, part-time, and per-diem opportunities with competitive pay ($71.43–$74.23/hour DOE). New grads are encouraged to apply and you’ll work with an interdisciplinary team that values

Qualifications

• Active CA Occupational Therapist License –or eligible to apply.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Familiarity with EHR systems such as Net Health or PointClickCare is a plus.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others.
• Geriatric / Skilled Nursing experience is great, but not required.
• New grads welcome!

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility guidelines and procedures.
• Helping residents regain strength, mobility, confidence, and independence
