Job summary

Western Slope Healthcare Center in Placerville, CA is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. You will evaluate patients, create individualized treatment plans, and help residents regain independence in a collaborative setting.

We value teamwork, compassionate care, and strong documentation practices. New grads are welcome, and both full-time and part-time opportunities are available in a warm, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active CA Occupational Therapist license or eligible to apply.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Familiarity with EHR systems such as Net Health or PointClickCare is a plus.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others.
• Skilled nursing experience is great, but not required.
• New grads welcome!
