Job summary

BrightStar Care of Amarillo in Pampa, TX is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide in-home OT services to pediatric and adult patients across Pampa and surrounding communities.

This PRN role offers flexible scheduling, independent field visits, and the opportunity to oversee COTA staff. You will evaluate, set goals, monitor progress, and coordinate care with families and the healthcare team.

Compensation is $65–$70 per visit with an additional $5 per COTA visit, paid weekly.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Texas OT license.
• At least 1 year of OT experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to work independently and manage visits in the field.

Responsibilities

• Complete OT evaluations and identify patient needs.
• Develop goals and individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Provide clinical oversight to assigned COTAs.
• Coordinate care with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
