Synchrony Rehab in Sumter, SC is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide comprehensive OT services in an interdisciplinary environment. You will assess, plan, and implement therapies that improve functional abilities, while educating patients and families on daily living strategies.

Applicants must have a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program and hold a current state OT license; CPR certification is preferred.

• Experience: 0-1 years.
• Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.

• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.

Job Summary

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.

Licenses and Certifications
