Job summary

AdviniaCare Newburyport is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. You will help residents achieve the highest level of physical, cognitive, and emotional function and design personalized treatment plans to promote independence and safety.

You will work closely with therapists to implement and adjust plans, educate residents and families on exercises, and monitor progress while maintaining accurate records in a supportive, growth-oriented

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and develop individualized treatment plans to achieve goals.
• Implement and modify treatment plans to address physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure coordination of care.
• Educate residents and their families on therapeutic exercises and techniques.
• Monitor and report on resident progress and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care.
