Job summary

AdviniaCare seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. You will assess residents, design and adjust personalized treatment plans, and help residents achieve independence and safe daily living.

Work collaboratively with rehabilitation staff, educate residents and families on exercises, monitor progress, and maintain precise records to document outcomes. A licensed OT is required to deliver quality care with a focus on improving quality of life.
