• CPR certification and Hepatitis profile.
• Knowledge of durable medical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessment and identify patient needs and appropriateness of care.
• Document, prepare, and complete a Plan of Care, progress notes, and related clinical records.
• Revise the Plan of Care based on evaluation and ongoing assessment.
• Apply infection control and universal precautions in patient care coordination.
• Accept clinical assignments aligned with education and competence.
• Use effective interpersonal skills to facilitate teamwork and outcomes.
• Assess physical, social, and cultural aspects of the patient’s occupational environment.
