Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our Maryville, MO team. You will perform clinical assessments, develop and revise plans of care, and ensure documentation is up to date while coordinating with the care team to meet patient goals.

Requirements include an active OT license, CPR, and Hepatitis profile, plus at least two years of OT experience and knowledge of durable medical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessment and identify patient needs and appropriateness of care.
• Document, prepare, and complete a Plan of Care and progress notes.
• Revise the Plan of Care based on evaluation and ongoing assessment.
• Apply infection control and universal precautions in patient care.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve desirable outcomes.
