Job summary

Providence Medford Medical Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist for inpatient rehabilitation on a full-time day schedule. You will deliver skilled OT services to patients across a broad range of diagnoses in a supportive hospital setting. The role requires OT education (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D.

in OT), Oregon OT licensure on hire, and National Provider BLS certification. You will perform evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with the care team to
