Community Physical Therapy in the Chicagoland area is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to support patients across skilled nursing, memory care, assisted living, independent living, outpatient, and home care settings near Huntley, IL.

This role offers competitive pay of $43–$48 per hour, 15 days of PTO and 6 paid holidays, and a supportive leadership team that backs professional growth through CEUs or licensure renewal assistance.

Formación

• Current Illinois Occupational Therapist license.

Community Physical Therapy (CPT) has provided patient-centered care since 1986. We’re seeking a full‑time Occupational Therapist to support patients across skilled nursing, memory care, assisted living, independent living, outpatient, and home care settings.
