Community Physical Therapy in Bloomingdale, IL is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our Continuum of Care team. This role supports outpatient and homecare services across Independent Living and Assisted Living communities, with a flexible weekday schedule and no weekend shifts.

The position offers a flexible PRN schedule, with hours generally between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., and the opportunity to work with a therapist-led, mentorship-focused team.
