Job summary

Community Physical Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our therapist-led team delivering care across Skilled Nursing Facilities, memory care, assisted living and outpatient settings in the Chicagoland area.

Requirements include a current Illinois OT license; SNF experience preferred; Net Health documentation is a plus with training provided; new graduates encouraged to apply. Salary ranges $43–$48 per hour with PTO, holidays and full benefits.
