RXinsider LTD. is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate and support students in the Maricopa, AZ school setting. This full-time role focuses on comprehensive assessments, reporting, and collaboration with educators and families.

Applicants should hold a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and current state licensure as an OT. School-based or pediatric experience is preferred, with a strong emphasis on communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations for students with a range of physical, sensory, and developmental needs.
• Assess fine motor skills, sensory processing, visual-motor integration, and functional abilities within the school setting.
• Interpret evaluation results and prepare detailed reports with recommendations.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to discuss findings and support student needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute evaluation data to the development of student goals and services.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.
