We offer Occupational Therapy and Certified OT Associate positions in W‑2 employment with full paid benefits, including 100% covered medical, dental, vision and life insurance. Work is available in pediatric outpatient (clinic‑based), home and community‑based pediatrics, school settings and adult neurorehabilitation, providing true setting variety with consistent caseloads.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide evidence‑based therapeutic interventions for clients with a variety of disabilities to remediate, improve, or alleviate areas of need and increase participation in home, community and school.
• Use creative and engaging therapy ideas to increase client attention and motivation, with an interest in working with autistic children.
• Consult with family/caregiver for development of home programs.
• Share and collaborate with other therapists.
• Collect data: complete accurate daily notes, quarterly progress and annual plan of care using a web‑based documentation system.
• Demonstrate positive rapport with families, caregivers and staff.
• Comply with clinic/home/school processes to adhere to state and federal guidelines for therapy delivery.
• Conduct evaluations that are educationally relevant or based on medical necessity.
• Participate in OTR/OTD supervision and student field mentorship opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice occupational therapy in the state of Arizona.
