ProRehab South Louisville, part of ProRehab Physical Therapy, is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist. You will treat a diverse patient population across orthopedics, sports medicine, vestibular rehab, and chronic pain, in a supportive team environment.

Compensation ranges from $80k to $95k with a $10k sign-on, weekly productivity bonuses, and generous continuing education; benefits include PTO, medical/dental/vision, disability, and a 401(k) with a 4% match.

• Licensed PT eligible to practice in Kentucky.

Responsabilidades

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient's goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)

About: Compensation: $80k - $95k plus $10k sign-on bonus + productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications.
