Field Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, skilled occupational therapy services and interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and modify care to meet occupational therapy goals.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to establish and evaluate individualized patient goals.
• Educate and train patients, families, and caregivers on occupational therapy programs and techniques.

Qualifications

• Current California Occupational Therapy license.
• Registered with the American Occupational Therapy Association.
• Graduate of a NBCOT-accredited program.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to travel to patient homes for evaluations.
• Flexibility with work locations and scheduling.
• Reliable transportation, valid CA driver\'s license, and current auto insurance.
