Tender Care Home Health & Hospice in Las Cruces, NM is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide individualized, goal-directed therapy in the home health setting.

The role includes conducting assessments, developing care plans, and coordinating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams; licensure and CPR/BLS are required while driving is needed or company car options may apply.

Qualifications

• Current state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in New Mexico.
• Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Current CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Driver's license and auto liability insurance are required.

Job description

Tender Care Home Health currently has excellent career opportunities for Occupational Therapists to provide individualized, goal directed therapy care in the Las Cruces area.

Duties

Performing Occupational Therapy assessments regarding the health status of patients; developing and implementing a plan of care which emphasizes the teaching of best practices. Occupational Therapist will also coordinate patient care with the physician, management and the multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

Current state license to practice in the state of New Mexico as an Occupational Therapist. Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Current CPR/BLS Card Current driver's license, and auto liability insurance.
