Qualifications

Always Best Care is looking to add an part‑time occupational therapist to our Home Health energetic team. A person who will provide quality patient care and contribute to the overall well‑being of individuals in need of occupational therapy services. We offer and will negotiate competitive pay. Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate occupational therapy evaluation, assessment, and treatment to our clients.
• Guide patients in performing therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and home care techniques.
• Write professional evaluations and re‑assessments that include a thorough plan of care with individualized goals and objectives for each patient.

• New Mexico state‑issued license with the New Mexico Occupational Therapy Practice Board
• Registered occupational therapist with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy
• BLS Certification

• Demonstrates good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state/agency requirements. Good driving record and reliable transportation.
• Current CPR certification.
