Tender Care Home Health & Hospice in Las Cruces, NM is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver individualized, goal-directed therapy in the home health setting. You will perform assessments, develop plans of care, and coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Current state license to practice in New Mexico as an Occupational Therapist.
