Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a licensed physical therapist to provide school-based PT services in a K-12 setting in Hawaii. You will conduct assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct and consultative PT support to promote students' mobility and education access.

The role emphasizes collaboration with teachers, families, and a multidisciplinary team, including participation in IEP meetings and documentation of progress.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Hawaii.
• Ability to pass background clearance and TB clearance.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities
