Hopebridge is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a clinician-founded, mission-driven team serving children with diverse needs. The role involves working between Huntersville and Gastonia locations in a full-time capacity.

You will conduct comprehensive OT evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate across disciplines to create integrated care. Expect mentorship, ongoing learning sessions, and a supportive culture focused on client-centered care and clinician

Formación

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current licensed Occupational Therapist and registered with AOTA and licensed in applicable state.

• Collaborate across disciplines (ABA, Speech, Psychology) to create integrated care plans.
• Guide and support caregivers and staff.
• Participate in IEP development and implementation.
• Mentor and supervise OT students and support team development.

Educación

Job Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations and individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy that meets each child where they are

• Shadowing & Observation: Observingclient sessions andmentorOccupational Therapists for practical insights.
• Feedback & Evaluation:Initialfeedback sessions with supervisors on integration and performance.

• Client Interaction: Handling caseloads, assessments, family guidance, and intervention plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications
