Job summary

Hopebridge in Valparaiso, IN is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a clinician-founded, mission-driven team delivering progressive care to children with diverse needs.

You will conduct comprehensive OT evaluations, develop individualized plans, collaborate with ABA, Speech and Psychology teams, mentor students, and support families and IEPs, while enjoying generous compensation of $36–$54/hour, PTO, benefits, and ongoing CEU and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current licensed Occupational Therapist and registered with the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) and licensed in the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations and individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy that meets each child where they are.
• Collaborate with ABA, Speech, and Psychology to create integrated care plans.
• Guide and support caregivers and staff.
• Participate in IEP development and implementation.
• Mentor and supervise OT students and support team development.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations and individualized treatment plans


• Provide hands-on therapy that meets each child where they are


• Collaborate across disciplines (ABA, Speech, Psychology) to create integrated care plans


• Guide and support caregivers and staff


• Participate in IEP development and implementation


• Mentor and supervise OT students and support team development
