Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Gladstone, OR area. This role is in-person and focuses on school-based services for students in need of OT support.

You will assess students, develop and implement IEP goals, and collaborate with teachers and families to ensure carryover of skills. A supportive team and mentorship are provided to help you thrive in this setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active Oregon OT License.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupationaltherapy services in the school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
