The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy services that help patients improve independence, daily living skills, strength, coordination, and overall functional ability.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Skilled nursing, post-acute, rehab, long-term care, or geriatric experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Provide skilled therapy services to improve daily living skills, strength, mobility, coordination, balance, and independence.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and care teams to support patient goals.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals, safety, and functional strategies.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Follow all facility, state, and federal guidelines.
