Job summary

Concierge Home Care is hiring Home Health Occupational Therapists (OT) to provide 1:1 in-home therapy in Fort Walton Beach, FL. You will assess patients, design individualized treatment plans, and help improve ADLs and mobility while coordinating with physicians and support staff.

This PRN, pay-per-visit role offers flexible scheduling, autonomy, and potential Medicare differential pay. You’ll use AI-assisted charting and WellSky/Kinnser EMR to streamline documentation and maximize patient time.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida Occupational Therapist license.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to supervise COTAs.
• Home health experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform home safety assessments and recommend modifications.
• Provide therapy to improve ADLs, functional mobility, and independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).
• Complete documentation using streamlined technology.
