Lake Eustis Healthcare & Rehabilitation in Eustis, FL is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team full time. You will provide resident-centered therapy, support recovery goals, and contribute to a collaborative care environment.

The ideal candidate holds an active Florida OT license, has at least 1 year of skilled nursing or long-term care experience, and demonstrates strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, resident progress, and treatment outcomes.
• Ensure therapy practices align with current clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to therapy staff in collaboration with the Director of Rehabilitation.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Complete administrative duties, including documentation, reports, and billing accurately.

Key Responsibilities
