Job summary

Lake Placid Health and Rehabilitation Center in Lake Placid, FL is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to support our rehabilitation team. You will evaluate patients, design personalized therapy plans, and help them regain independence through targeted mobility, strength, and cognitive interventions.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document progress daily, and educate patients and families on best practices for ongoing recovery and wellness.

Qualifications

• Must hold OT degree from an accredited program.
• Current Florida OT licensure.
• 0+ years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or related setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist patients with physical disabilities.
• Strong observation and assessment skills with attention to detail.
