Job summary

H2 Health Prime Living in Fayetteville, AR seeks a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant for part-time or full-time roles. The role focuses on 1:1 care within a luxury Independent and Assisted Living setting, delivering outpatient rehab services and progress documentation.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited COTA program, currently licensed or eligible and ready to contribute to a flexible schedule with strong work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active or eligible for state license.
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 occupational therapy services to residents.
• Collaborate with care team to develop and monitor treatment plans.
• Document progress and communicate outcomes with families and staff.
