Job summary

H2 Health Prime Living in St. Pete (Saint Petersburg, FL) is hiring a part-time Occupational Therapist (PRN) to provide dedicated 1:1 care to residents within a luxury senior living community.

You’ll help maintain independence and quality of life through goal-driven interventions, coordinating with home health partners for seamless care transitions. Flexible scheduling and a consistent caseload in a single community setting are offered, with opportunities to grow within H2 Health’s national

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active or eligible state license to practice.
• Prior experience preferred; new graduates welcome.

As an Occupational Therapist on our team, you'll help seniors maintain independence, confidence, and quality of life through meaningful, goal-driven interventions. You'll also play a vital role in our care continuity approach, collaborating with our home health partners within the same communities to ensure consistency and seamless transitions for both patients and staff.
