Job summary

H2 Health is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide 1:1 care in senior living communities in Arvada and Lowry.

The role focuses on geriatric rehab, ADLs, and cognition with a flexible PRN schedule, strong mentorship, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: A graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Experience: Prior experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome.
• Licensure: An active or eligible state license to practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 OT services to a geriatric caseload.
• Evaluate and treat a mix of orthopedic, vestibular, neurologic, ADL, and cognitive needs.
• Collaborate with care teams to support patient goals.

Are you looking to provide 1:1 care while seeing all your patients under one roof? H2 Health Prime Living has the pleasure to provide care as an Occupational Therapist to luxury senior living communities in Arvada and Lowry!

This position will evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric caseload 1:1 with a mix of general orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehab, neurologic movement disorders, ADLs, and cognitive decline. The therapist must be able to work independently and in teams and make appropriate decisions based on each patient's functional needs.

What You’ll Need:

• Education: A graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Experience: Prior experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome!
• Qualifications: An active or eligible state license to practice.
• Pay Range: $48.00 - 54.00 per hour, depending on experience and credentials.
