Ampersand Therapy in Elk River, MN is hiring an Occupational Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year. This long-term substitute position runs November through February and is full-time, in-person with a supportive, clinician-led team.

You will conduct OT evaluations, participate in IEP meetings, collaborate with teachers and families, and maintain thorough documentation to support student progress. Licensed OTs with a Minnesota license and a master’s degree are encouraged to apply; benefits

• Experience in school-based settings preferred.
