Job summary

Synchrony Rehab in Michigan seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive OT services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary setting. You will conduct individualized patient evaluations, educate families, and collaborate with the care team to optimize functional outcomes.

A valid state OT license and CPR certification are preferred; 0-1 years experience considered.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure.
• CPR certification current and preferred.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience: 0-1 years.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary
