Job summary

Synchrony Rehab in California is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver a full range of OT services in an interdisciplinary environment. You will assess patients, plan treatment, and implement interventions to improve daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current state OT licensure or registration.
• Current CPR certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.

• Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.

Job Summary
