Ampersand Therapy in the Dallas, OR area is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year. This in-person, 1.0 FTE position offers competitive pay of $55-65 per hour and a supportive, therapist-led environment.

You will provide school-based OT services, conduct assessments, write evaluation reports, develop and implement IEP goals, attend meetings, and collaborate with teachers and families to promote student progress. Oregon license required.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active Oregon OT License.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide occupational therapy services in the school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
