Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to cover a long-term leave in the Canby, OR area. This is an in-person, full-time role supporting students in the school setting.

The assignment runs for the 2026-2027 school year, starting February 2027, with pay of $55-$60 per hour. Benefits include W-2 employment with liability insurance, 401(k) with company match, licensure CEU reimbursement, mileage between sites, and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Active Oregon OT license required.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in the school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
